This mixed use project, located in the heart of Beirut in a mostly residential area, is meant to help animate the neighborhood by creating a ground floor area with public functions that would attract different visitors. Towering over the podium is a residential skyscraper including four different housing units. It was created with a 'form-follows-function' ethos; each wing accommodating for a specific set of units, with its own views.
