Villa Oman is a quiet response to its setting in Muscat, Oman. The composition is restrained — a study of proportion, material weight and the slow passage of light through space.
Drawing from the vernacular yet refusing nostalgia, the project assembles a small family of materials — stone, plaster, oiled timber — and lets them age in dialogue with one another. Every threshold has been considered as a moment of pause.
A quiet material palette and a serena landscape are what truly makes it.
